How does CC email tracking work?

Simply CC 'track@pingnoreply.com' when sending important emails. Our system automatically monitors for replies and alerts you according to your configured time settings.

Is my email data secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure authentication methods. We never read or store your email content. We only access metadata like thread IDs and timestamps to provide our monitoring service.

What email providers do you support?

PingNoReply works with any email provider that supports CC functionality. Simply CC 'track@pingnoreply.com' when sending emails, and our system will monitor for replies regardless of your email service.

How do I set up alert timing?

After logging in, go to Settings and choose your preferred alert window: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, or set a custom time. You'll receive alerts via email when replies are overdue.

What counts as a reply?

Any email response to the tracked message counts as a reply. This includes auto-replies, bounces, and actual responses. The alert is automatically canceled when a reply is detected.

Can I track multiple email threads?

Yes! Each time you CC 'track@pingnoreply.com', that thread is automatically monitored. You can view all your tracked emails in the Dashboard.

How do I stop tracking an email?

In the Dashboard, find the email thread you want to stop monitoring and click the 'Stop Tracking' button. This will cancel any pending alerts for that thread.

What happens if I delete a tracked email?

If you delete a tracked email, our system will automatically stop monitoring it and cancel any pending alerts.

Do you send follow-up emails automatically?

No. PingNoReply only monitors and alerts. We never send follow-up emails on your behalf. We believe in giving you control over your communication.
